Jess works as a mortgage administrator and began her career in the mortgage industry in August 2024. She aspires to become a mortgage and protection advisor. Jess contributes by conducting file checks for the team, making sure all documents are properly filed. She completes mortgage applications and manages cases from application to offer approval, all while ensuring an excellent client experience.
